We are not a financial institution or lender, and do not approve or deny actual loan requests. Furthermore, any Connection Request You initiate through the Website and Leverage Connect to a lender does not in any way constitute a "live" loan application. The services available on our Website simply analyze the data You provide to Us on the Website for educational and informational purposes only.

Leverage Connect is a secure database platform within the Website of United States financial institution(s) and financial broker(s), hereinafter referred to in general as "Leverage Lenders". Leverage Lenders are connected to Leverage and are interested in Connection Requests which include a Yes result Leverage Report from Leverage users. Such Connection Requests are designed to initiate further dialog between the Leverage user and the Leverage Lender. These entities may choose to "accept" and connect, or "pass" on the connection request, from a user, at their sole discretion.
As a Leverage user, included in Your subscription cost You may, at your sole discretion, elect to use the Leverage Connect platform to transmit a Yes result Leverage Report ( Connection Request) to any entity in Leverage Connect, providing You follow the guidelines for use of the Platform. These are:
You agree to limit the number of active Connection Requests You send to Lenders to a maximum of three (3) at a time, in an effort to maintain the integrity of the Leverage Connect platform. If You initiate a Connection Request, a Leverage Report of Your transaction, which will include all of the analytics of the transaction, minus Your personal contact information, minus the property street address (only city, state will be included) will be electronically sent through the platform to the designated contact of the Leverage Lenders You chose. If a Lender in Leverage Connect "accepts" Your connection request, then Your name, contact information, and full address of the property as You provided, will be revealed to the Lender, and the Lender will likely reach out to connect with You. If a lender "passes" on Your Connection Request, Your name, contact information, and full property address will not be provided to that Lender, and You can then choose to send additional requests to other Lenders, if any, within Leverage Connect. Leverage will notify You through the platform when a Lender "accepts" or "passes" on Your Connection request.
In addition to a connection fee, the Leverage Lenders may have purchased all or some of the Leverage platform calculators for their use, and have paid Us an agreed upon price.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information of Lenders inside Leverage Connect. We will make every effort to keep information current. If You find any information inside Leverage Connect that is incorrect, please notify our help desk at: support@leveragecalc.com. We will review and make changes as necessary.
As a Lender in Leverage Connect, you acknowledge and accept that Leverage software customers are under no obligation to send Connection Requests to you, and that We do not guarantee You any Connection Requests or revenue of any kind for being part of Leverage Connect. You also acknowledge that We have no control over the actions of the Leverage customer in choosing or not to send a Connection Request to you.
As with any exchange of information between a Customer and a Lender, You understand that information contained in the Leverage Report is supplied solely by the Customer and We have no influence or input with respect to the accuracy or completeness of the information.
We do not guarantee or independently validate the accuracy or completeness of the information entered by the Customer and therefore, acceptance of a Leverage Report from a Leverage customer is at Your own risk. Our Terms and Conditions for Customers clearly state, as a condition for use, that the Customer: "provides true, accurate, current and complete information to the Leverage Lender regarding: (i) the transaction details; including property address, transaction terms, and financial metrics, etc.; and (ii) Your personal details, such as identity, creditworthiness, and any other information You elect to share with the Leverage Lender."
If You determine that a Customer has intentionally falsified their information regarding: (i) the transaction details; including property address, transaction terms, and financial metrics, etc.; and (ii) their personal details, such as identity, creditworthiness, and any other information they share with You, please report them to our help desk at, support@leveragecalc.com, and we will communicate directly with the Customer.
As a member of Leverage Connect, You agree to:
We reserve the right to remove a Lender from Leverage Connect at any time without notice if it is determined by Us that any of the above six (6) items are not adhered to, or for any other reason we see fit, in our sole discretion.
Annual Product Subscription
Your annual subscription for Leverage Finance Software products will start when We confirm Your payment and will continue for a period of one year. Annual subscriptions purchased are billed annually at the beginning of the subscription. Annual subscriptions purchased for Leverage Finance Software are paid in full in advance. When You purchase an annual subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in Your Leverage Account. At the end of the annual subscription period, We will bill You for an additional subscription term of one year at then-current pricing. If You do not wish Your subscription to auto-renew, You may cancel Your subscription for the following term anytime prior to the end of Your current subscription term either inside Your Dashboard, or by emailing Us at support@leveragecalc.com.
Monthly Product Subscription
Your monthly subscription for Leverage Finance Software products will start when We confirm Your payment and will continue for a period of thirty days. When You purchase a monthly subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in Your Leverage Account. At the end of the monthly subscription period, You will automatically be billed for an additional subscription term of 30 days at then-current pricing. If You do not wish Your subscription to auto-renew, You may cancel Your subscription for the following term anytime prior to the end of Your current subscription term either from inside Your Dashboard, or by emailing Us at support@leveragecalc.com.
30 Day Conditional Refund
With all Annual Subscriptions to Leverage Calculators we offer a 30-Day conditional money back guarantee. Within 30 days of purchase, and You have not hit the "Run Analysis" button or accessed a Leverage Report, just email us at support@leveragecalc.com, and we will promptly process Your refund. We do not offer refunds on Monthly Subscription or Free plans, or any full or partial refunds on Annual subscriptions should you cancel after the 30 day money back period but prior to the one year period ending.
Payment of Subscription Fees
In order to subscribe for the services available on the Website, You will be required to pay for subscriptions at the start via our Website using a credit card. You acknowledge and agree that our Website may direct You to a separate website operated by, or We may otherwise utilize a third party payment service for collecting Your payment information and/or processing Your credit card payments. By accepting these Website Terms of Use, You agree that We, either directly or through a third party payment service, are authorized without any further authorization or consent from You, to charge or invoice the credit card that You provide to Us through the Website for Your initial subscription fee and any subscription renewal fees. If a subscription payment request is denied or fails for any reason, You acknowledge that You will be restricted from accessing the Website until We receive full payment for Your subscription.
